Privacy and website data

A factual account of cookies, analytics, hosting logs, external links and email correspondence on this independent archive.

The Langleybury Cricket Archive is published and operated by Serallo Domains Ltd. Contact [email protected] with a question about personal information. This page describes the application prepared on 2 November 2026.

Browsing this archive

The application serves public reference pages. It has no user accounts, contact forms, payment processing, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It does not use browser local storage and does not intentionally set cookies for ordinary reading. Fonts and styling are served locally; historical videos and external websites are linked, not embedded.

The application retains a simple query-based search-results endpoint for compatible links, but the website does not provide a search form or save a search history. A query submitted in a URL may be included in normal server access logs. There is no public submission or file-upload service.

Hosting and technical logs

The web server, hosting provider or a separately configured delivery service may process technical request information such as an IP address, request time, page address, user-agent information and errors. This is separate from an analytics service added to the archive application.

The supplied application does not set a fixed retention period for the hosting provider’s access logs. Hosting arrangements, server log retention and any provider-level cookies or protection features depend on the actual deployment. Contact the publisher if you need information about the live host’s arrangements; this page does not invent a host, a retention period or a guarantee that no server logs exist.

Email correspondence

If you email the publisher, the information you choose to send is handled through ordinary email services to consider your enquiry, investigate a correction or discuss source material. This may include your name, email address, the content of your message and any attachments. Please send only information needed for the enquiry.

The website itself does not send automated messages or subscribe you to a mailing list. A mailto link opens your chosen email application; it is not a web form. You can contact the publisher about access to, correction of, or deletion of correspondence, subject to any records that need to be retained.

People in historical material

Articles may name players, officials and other people where that is relevant to public historical records. We aim to include only appropriate, supported biographical detail. We do not publish private contact information or identify people in uncaptioned photographs by guesswork. Raise a concern through the publisher email so that the specific material can be considered.

Sources and current-club links lead to independently operated websites. Their operators control their own cookies, logging and privacy practices. Following a link is different from this archive loading their content automatically.

Changes

If the application gains features that change its data handling, this page should be updated to describe them. The current editorial policy and contact page explain how to raise a correction or a question.
